Agnieszka Kalinowska


Agnieszka is a seasoned lawyer specialising in sports law, focusing on equestrian law. She is an active horse rider and a horse enthusiast.

Agnieszka possesses extensive knowledge and experienced insight in the realm of equestrian sports and horse breeding; therefore, she extends her practices successfully on the international arena.

Agnieszka prepares and verifies contracts for industry participants , including and not limited to riders, trainers, sponsors, horse breeders, veterinarians, owners of equestrian centres etc.

Agnieszka provides expert advice and skilfully negotiates conditions of purchase and sale agreements on behalf of clients. In today’s globalised equestrian market, it is vital to assess the risks associated with international horse transactions, including auctions, in order to secure the best position for a client.

Agnieszka successfully represents clients in disputes and arbitration proceedings relating to horse defects, damage compensation and infringement of personal rights or copyrights. Moreover, Agnieszka also supports technological startups related to the equestrian industry, such as online horse auction systems.

Agnieszka’s expertise extends also to anti–doping or disciplinary proceedings.

Agnieszka is an author of publications in horse magazines and a speaker at sports law conferences.

She is particularly interested in horse breeding and the equestrian disciplines - jumping and dressage. She constantly looks to deepen her knowledge of horse behaviours.

She speaks English and Italian fluently.


Konstancja Modzelewska


Konstancja is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Film Production Organization at the Leon Schiller National Film School in Łódź.

She specializes in tax law, with a particular focus on value added tax (VAT), providing entrepreneurs with practical advice tailored to their specific business needs.

Her master’s thesis at the University of Warsaw, devoted to the legal and tax aspects of horse trading, was recognized by the university and is currently awaiting publication. It is one of the few comprehensive studies in Poland that combine civil, tax, and administrative law within the equestrian industry.

As the owner of Stajnia Pałacowa Alexandrinum and an active rider, Konstancja offers a unique perspective that integrates legal and business expertise in the fields of equine law, horse breeding, and sports and recreational activities.
